Malachi Johnson Canon 5D Mark 3

    My dream camera is The Canon 5d Mark 3. One Of Canons top selling

cameras out. The Mark 3 is not just a photography camera. It is also

used as a video camera. So you get the best of both worlds. Not only that

there is a hugh amount of Lens options.

  Lets first talk about the video part of this camera. May I add my

favorite part? This part of the camera functions at 24p 1080p. The

quality of this camera is amazing cause it is a full frame camera which

means in low light situations it does great. The slow motion fuction is

good as well. In order to make this function work you have to record

your footage in 720p at 60fps. Then slow it down in post.

  Secondly The Canon5d Mark 3 can be hacked and used in Raw mode,

which makes your video look like you shot it on a canon c300 or The

Red. The 2 cameras that I mentioned average around 20 – 50 thousand

dollars. So you get the bang for your buck with the 5d.

  Now lets talk about the Photography side of the camera. The 5d is a full

frame 22.3 mp camera.  At full frame that is a wonderful image. I am still

learning about all the functions of the camera, Like auto focus and such.

From The specs it says it has a DIGIC 5+ Image Processor and a new 61-

point high density reticular autofocus, including up to 41 cross-type AF

points and 5 dual diagonal AF points for ensured sharpness.

  In closing as you can see you get a lot for your money when you purchase

the Canon 5d Mark3. This would be my go to camera. Plus it holds its value

incase you would ever want to sell and upgrade.
